Your thoughts and plans really need to be combined with action to produce a result. By focusing on your goals and dreams can provide the energy and motivation for taking action. If you are lacking motivation, don’t wait for it to appear. Take action and watch your energy and motivation flourish. Act on your goals every day and make them a top priority.

Learning to change your thoughts is going to take time and practice. It will not be something that you can change overnight. Being aware is definitely the first step and at first you might have to keep reminding yourself, but eventually, it will become your new habit and you will not have to think about it anymore.
