Fitness Motivation – Change Your World
Your thoughts and plans really need to be combined with action to produce a result. By focusing on your goals and dreams can provide the energy and motivation for taking action. If you are lacking motivation, don’t wait for it to appear. Take action and watch your energy and motivation flourish. Act on your goals every day and make them a top priority.
Learning to change your thoughts is going to take time and practice. It will not be something that you can change overnight. Being aware is definitely the first step and at first you might have to keep reminding yourself, but eventually, it will become your new habit and you will not have to think about it anymore.
Change Your Thoughts to Change Your World.

Most people in search of weight loss end up skipping breakfast. However this practice is more likely to cause weight gain than weight loss. Skipping breakfast has been clearly connected to the development of obesity.
Studies show that overweight and obese children, adolescents, and adults are less likely to break the fast each morning than their thinner counterparts.
According to research, skipping meals, specifically breakfast, could in fact make fat loss more difficult. Breakfast skippers are more likely to eat more food than usual at the next meal or snack on high-calorie food items to stave off hunger.
A number of research studies suggest that people tend to accumulate far more body fat when they eat fewer larger meals than when they eat the same number of calories in smaller sized more frequent meals.
So, make sure to eat a health breakfast every morning.

You want to lose weight. You know you should or need to, but you just can’t get started. I think most of us have been in this situation.
Have you ever found yourself doing all sorts of random activities just to pass the time so that you don’t have to start doing what you really need to do?
Sound familiar?
Well the truth is the longer you wait the harder it will be. You will never lose weight or get into shape by doing nothing. One of my favorite slogans of all time is Nike’s slogan, Just Do It. It’s simple yet effective.
A few years ago a friend of a friend asked me if I had ever heard of the quote “you cant climb a ladder with your hands in your pocket”. I had never heard of that one before but found it brilliant. And guess what, I even went to try it.
Yip, I set up a ladder and tried to climb it with my hands in my pocket. I got to the first step but when I tried to climb to the next step I fell back down.I have now even made some of my clients try it.
The moral if the story is you cant get anywhere in life if you just sit around. You need to make an effort, pull yourself up and Just Do It.
